Rapid Review. 2013 Authors' objectives The objective of this analysis was to assess if increasing the intensity of the same types of rehabilitation after hip fracture improves patient functional recovery. Authors' conclusions No systematic reviews, meta-analyses, health technology assessments, or randomized controlled trials (RCTs) were identified that directly evaluated the evidence for increased intensity of rehabilitation on activities of daily living (ADL) after hip fracture.
