Rapid Review. 2015 Authors' conclusions Low- to moderate-quality evidence indicates home-based exercise training increases the 6 MWT distance compared with usual activity. However, peak VO2 and quality of life did not differ between participants who received home-based exercise training and patients who maintained their usual activity levels.
